As a requirement from the Care Commission, Individual Learning Plans will be given to you to complete very soon.
Individual Learning Plans will be used to identify any areas that we feel need additional focus and support to support your child in their everyday and educational life.
Therefore, I would appreciate it very much if you could complete the plans as soon as possible.
