Normal rate applies to Bank Holidays, In Service Days and Local Holidays with the exception of Christmas and New Year, where a higher rate applies.

Occassional Days off for the child or parent for sickness or any other reason is classed as a normal day and is charged at normal rate whether your child attends the childminder or not.

If you wish to book your place in advance (Retainer Fee) then you will be charged half rate until you take the place. This is because I am holding the place available for you to use therefore, I cannot give the place to another child. Retainer Fees are non-refundable. If you fail to pay the retainer fee then I hold the right to offer the place to another child.

There is a £50 cancellation fee once you have signed the contract and fail to bring your child on the agreed start date unless discussed with myself. If you complete the contract and then decide to use a different childcare service then the £50 cancellation fee is still payable. This is to cover all expenses for the preparation of starting your child and any loss of earnings as a direct result of keeping the child place available for your child when other children could have been given the place instead.

Unfortunately I can no longer undertake childcare services for students from Forth Valley College unless payment is Strictly CASH in Advance from the student. It is then the student's responsibility to then get reimbursed for their childcare costs from Forth Valley College. This is not negotiable.

Failure to pay will result in the place for your child being suspended until payment in full has been received by myself. There is a charge of £5 per day levied on overdue accounts and must be paid before your child can use the service. If payment isn't received within 3 days of the date due then your childminding place will be forfeited as you will be in breech of contract and legal action will then be taken to recover monies owed to the childminder. A £5 per day will be charged on outstanding balance and will be applied to your account until its paid up to date and in full. You will be liable for all outstanding monies including additional levied fees, court fees, recovery fees plus interest charges.

I do not accept payment by cheque, standing order, direct debit, debit card, credit card, paypal or nochex.
